At the checkpoint "Mayaki-Convenient — Palanka" in Tanks are being checked in the Odessa region on the border of Ukraine and Moldova in search of fugitives. This is reported by the publication "Country".
"At the Palanka border checkpoint, the police and the military are checking the tanks for the presence of fugitives in them," the newspaper writes.
A video of the inspection of cars with tanks at the border was published by the Odessa Info telegram channel.
In the frame, two servicemen move around the tank and, opening the hatches one by one, inspect their contents.
"Palanka, no one will run away," the author of the video comments on the picture of the day.
What is the result of the operation is not reported.
Note that trying to escape from Ukraine in a tank is not something new.
As EADaily reported, a man was detained on the border with Moldova who tried to illegally leave Ukraine in a tank with vegetable oil. This was reported by the State Border Service of the country.
The man drove breast-deep in oil from Vinnytsia to the border on special safety belts.
