So she commented on the "Week against Hate Speech" organized by the Council of Europe with the support of the European Union, which took place in Strasbourg. The week's program was devoted to issues of sexual orientation and gender.

"It is clear that the Council of Europe and the European Union are now particularly concerned about mental and sexual dysfunctions: they cannot decide on gender and find a compass for their orientation. She recalled that "especially for Alain and his friends" a special section has been working on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry for several years: "Examples of the use of "hate speech" against Russia and Russophobic statements by politicians and public figures of foreign countries" with links to primary sources, where "hundreds of documented misanthropic and Russophobic quotes have been recorded in recent years".
