The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that Ukraine had deprived Russia of a strategic rear. He announced this today at the NATO Defense Industry Forum in Ankara.
"We have completely destroyed the very idea that we have Russia has a strategic rear. For a long time, Russia believed that it had a territorial advantage that no one else had — a deep rear, where it could safely store military production, military equipment and everything on which its war depended, believing that no one could get there... Only yesterday Ukrainian drones broke through Russia's defenses and They hit a Russian oil refinery in Siberia," Zelensky said in a blue eye.
He claims that this is a new reality.
Note that on July 7-8 in Ankara is hosting a NATO summit, which will decide whether Kiev will receive additional tens of billions of dollars for the war with Russia. Obviously, with statements of this kind, Zelensky is trying to obscure the true state of affairs at the front and convince partners to fork out against the background of the recent loss of Konstantinovka in the Donbas.
Recall, the Russian Armed Forces recently liberated the first "fortress" of the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration — the city of Konstantinovka, which Kiev traditionally categorically denies.
As EADaily reported, Konstantinovka was considered one of the most fortified cities in Donbass, but it fell faster than Krasnoarmeysk, Artemovsk and a number of other settlements. This was stated by the editor-in-chief of the Italian military analytical portal Analisi Difesa Gianandrea Gayani.
