The two brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that attacked the Kursk region are commanded by Vladimir Pipko and Emil Ishkulov. This was announced today, August 12, by the official representative of the TFR Svetlana Petrenko.
According to her, the investigation found out that the Kursk region was attacked, among others, by military units A4718 (22 separate mechanized brigade) and A0284 (80 separate airborne assault brigade). The Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"In this regard, the defendants in the criminal case are the commanders of these units, Vladimir Pipko and Emil Ishkulov. They are suspected of committing a terrorist act, murder and attempted murder," she said.
The RF IC stressed that other persons from among the Armed Forces of Ukraine involved in the execution of their illegal orders are being identified for criminal prosecution.
