Opposition presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki made a decision during a televised debate with his opponent, Warsaw Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski.
According to Navrotsky, it was "nicotine gum," but the media wrote that the politician had used snus banned in Poland.
Meanwhile, Navrotsky's associates said that he used the substance to "not fall asleep during the opponent's triads."
Later, Navrotsky said he was ready to take a drug test, RMF FM reports.
"Tomorrow we will be in Warsaw. In this regard, I invite Rafal Tshaskovsky to take tests to see if there are drugs in our bodies," he added.
Recall that Trzaskowski and Nawrocki will compete for the presidency of Poland in the second round of elections, which will be held on June 1.
