Bailiffs arrested the apartment of Dmitry Glukhovsky❶ on Kutuzovsky Prospekt is the last real estate of the writer in Russia. This is reported by the Shot telegram channel.

"The decision was made due to enforcement proceedings initiated against a foreign agent Glukhovsky ❶ for non—payment of communal services," the publication says.

According to the telegram channel, the writer got the apartment from his grandmother. The main feature of this apartment he called expensive family furniture aged from 150 to 200 years. The cost of the apartment is estimated at 30 million rubles.

As EADaily reported, the Ministry of Justice included the writer in the register of foreign agents in October 2022. Glukhovsky❶ was fined twice for violating the legislation on foreign agents.

In addition, in August 2023, the Basmanny Court of Moscow sentenced the author of the cult novels Metro 2033, Text and Post to eight years in a general regime colony on charges of spreading fakes about The Armed Forces of Russia.
