The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, announcing today, July 23, the liberation of the city of Belitskoye in the Donetsk People's Republic, sent a message to the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces Mikhail Drapat, quoting the famous quote from the Soviet film series "The meeting place cannot be changed."
"On July 22, assault units of the Center group of forces, including armored vehicles, completed the liberation of the city of Belitskoye. Currently, the city is under the control of Russian troops, measures are being taken to search for and eliminate single Ukrainian servicemen hiding in the basements of buildings," the Defense Ministry said in a telegram channel.
In a comment to this post, the military department wrote:
"And now Draped! I said: Draped!"
