The ex-editor of the federal media, who called for bombing Moscow, was sent to jail

A journalist who called for bombing Moscow was accused of calling for terrorism and sent to jail in Kaluga. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the power structures of the region.

"The former editor of the federal media is accused under Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of calls to terrorism for posts in social networks. She was given a preventive measure in the form of detention, the accused is in jail in Kaluga," said the source of the publication.

It is specified that the journalist lives in Moscow, and was detained by her mother in the Leningrad region. At the same time, her crime was detected by FSB officers in the Kaluga Region, so the case is being investigated there.

The publication has a video in which the journalist confesses to what she has done.

"I posted a comment on the Telegram channel. And my comment was that I called for bombing Moscow," she says on the video.

The girl adds that she recognizes her actions as a mistake and "feels guilty."

The identity of the accused, as well as the name of the media in which she worked, was not disclosed.
