The 76-year-old Israeli prime minister stressed that he was already healthy, and admitted that he had asked to postpone the publication of his medical report for two months so that information about cancer would not appear in the midst of the war.

"I am healthy. I'm in great physical shape. I had a small medical problem with my prostate, which was completely cured. Thank God, it's over," Netanyahu said today on the occasion of the publication of a medical report on his health.

As it turned out, the Israeli Prime Minister had a successful operation a year and a half ago and since then he has been under constant medical supervision. According to Netanyahu, during one of the tests, a "tiny spot less than a centimeter" was found on the prostate. It turned out that this is a very early stage of a malignant tumor.

"The doctors told me that this is very common in people my age and there are two options. First: treatment is not necessary, you can only be under observation. You can live with it, and many do. And the second: to undergo treatment and fix the problem. You already know me. When I am given information about a potential threat, I want to deal with it immediately. This applies to both the national and personal level. And that's what I did," Netanyahu said.

According to him, the problem has been fixed and has left no traces.

"I attended a few short sessions, read the book and continued my work. The stain has completely disappeared. Blessed be the Lord, I have won this too… My annual medical report was published today. I have asked to postpone its publication for two months... to prevent the Iranian terrorist regime from spreading even more false propaganda against Israel," the Israeli prime minister added.
