Only a total deficit will force Moscow to end the war. This was stated by the adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak.

"Everything will end, they must live in basements, live without fuel, they must return to the state of the late Soviet Union, they must have ration cards. War is food cards, it's hunger, it's shortages, and so on. This is a way to end the war when we talk about a country like Russia," Podolyak said, quoted by "Время.иа ".

As EADaily reported, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said in pure Russian on one of the TV channels that the Kiev regime really wants to make the life of Russians unbearable. The Ukrainian telegram channel "Legitimate" noted that in this situation the life of ordinary Ukrainians is not important at all.
