"Zelensky is not friends with his head, nor with his conscience, nor with a calculator. As president, he should know that on Ukraine had 29,000 settlements before the war. For example, as a result of the war, 20% of the territory was lost — this means that there are 23,000 settlements in the territory controlled by Kiev.
