Special Envoy of the US President Steve Witkoff will present a list of conditions for the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, worked out by the negotiators of the United States, Europe and Ukraine, to Russian leader Vladimir Putin. It is reported by NBC News, citing sources.
"American, European and Ukrainian negotiators have drawn up a term sheet with 22 proposals, including a 30-day ceasefire, one of the Western officials said, adding that this meets Putin's demand that the United States will not support Ukraine's accession to NATO," the TV channel reports.
"If Putin wants a way out, this is his way out," the official said.
Steve Witkoff will have to submit this list of conditions to the Russian president, sources said.
