The actor of theater and cinema, State Duma deputy, People's Artist of Russia Dmitry Pevtsov filed a statement of claim for the protection of honor and dignity. The lawsuit was filed in Tverskoy Court of Moscow, reports Moskovsky Komsomolets.
A public figure, Alexandra Tishchenko, filed a lawsuit with the court. It is specified that a year earlier she tried to defend the drama theater "Mel", closed in the Otradnoye district.
"Tishchenko tried to get an appointment with Pevtsov as a deputy in order to attract him to the problem of the theater, but to no avail. Moreover, the social activist stated that Pevtsov allowed himself an unflattering statement to the head of the theater, quoting his words: "She is incapacitated as an administrator," the publication says.
At the moment, the hearing on the claim has not yet been scheduled, the specific essence of the application is unknown, the size of the claims is not specified.
As reported by EADaily, earlier it became known that Pevtsov, together with the head of the Mosfilm film concern, People's Artist of Russia Karen Shakhnazarov and singer Taisiya Povaliy, Ukraine is wanted.
All of them at different times were also included in the database of the Ukrainian extremist website "Peacemaker".
