The Security Council of Abkhazia gathered for a meeting because of the drone attack on Sochi

On July 24, the President of Abkhazia Badra Gunba held a meeting of the Security Council in connection with a massive attack by UAVs of Russian territories in the immediate vicinity of the state border of Abkhazia. A violation of the airspace of Abkhazia by several drones was also recorded.

The Head of State listened to the information of the heads of law enforcement agencies on this fact.

The Commander-in-Chief instructed the Ministry of Defense and the State Security Service of Abkhazia to strengthen cooperation with the border directorate of the FSB of Russia in Abkhazia and the 7th military base of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to prevent such situations.

The issue of ensuring reliable protection of the critical infrastructure of Abkhazia in cooperation with Russian colleagues was also discussed.
