Entrepreneur Gleb Ryskov, in a lawsuit against the singer, People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov, asks the court to remove part of the zvezda land plot from cadastral registration and demolish objects located on the coastal strip. The entrepreneur told RIA Novosti about this.

"In the lawsuit I demand to remove part of the land from cadastral registration and demolish objects that are located on the coastal strip of public use," he said.

The plaintiff did not name the exact number of objects that need to be demolished, but noted that there is also a tennis court there. According to him, Kirkorov formed the disputed site in 2022.

"There is a territory to which the defendant has no right, but he uses it...it's about land, it's our national treasure, and it turns out that one person takes and builds something there. This is unacceptable," Ryskov said indignantly.

At the same time, he stressed that he had no complaints about the pier.

"The pier is on the water. What does this have to do with the coastal strip?", — said the entrepreneur.

The preliminary hearing on this claim was held on January 23 in a closed mode from the media.

As reported by EADaily, Ryskov believes that the artist privatized the coastline illegally back in 2003, and in 2022 he allegedly merged three sites into one. If the case is resolved in his favor, the Saratov entrepreneur plans to use the coastline for a charity project to develop tourism.

Ryskov's lawsuit belongs to the category of disputes related to land relations, land use.

The case also involved the administration of the Krasnogorsk city district of the Moscow region, the Moscow-Oka Basin Water Department of the Federal Agency for Water Resources, as well as the TU (Territorial Administration) Rosimushchestvo in the Moscow region.
