Ukrainian curators promised a reward to the detainee for preparing the murder of a serviceman RF Armed Forces in St. Petersburg. According to the man after the arrest, his target was a lieutenant colonel.

On the frames of the video, which was distributed by the FSB of Russia, the man confessed. He said that he planned to kill a soldier with the rank of lieutenant colonel on the instructions of a curator from Ukraine named Roman, whom he met on Telegram on his own initiative.

"He promised me a reward," the detainee said.

FSB officers found correspondence with the Ukrainian curator in the man's smartphone.

A criminal case has been opened against the detainee under part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization).
