This is how he commented on Zelensky's response to Russia's demand that Donbass be recognized as Russian by all parties involved in negotiations to resolve the conflict.

He noted that "Zelensky is our best sidekick and ally," because "he is doing his best to disrupt any possibility of any kind of "agreement"."
