Iran has given the United States a huge gift related to oil and gas. This was stated to journalists today at a briefing at the White House by President Donald Trump, The Guardian reports.
Trump did not specify what kind of gift it was, however, according to him, it is connected with the Strait of Hormuz, the newspaper writes.
"(Iranian negotiators) did something amazing yesterday, in fact. They gave us a gift. It was a very big gift, worth a huge sum... so for me it meant one thing. We're dealing with the right people," Trump said.
In addition, Trump said that these "right people" are eager to make a deal with Washington.
"We are actually talking to the right people, and they want to make a deal so badly that you can't even imagine how much they want to make it," the American leader assures.
