According to sources, alternative bases and deployment centers for foreign forces in several other locations in the region, except Bahrain and the UAE, are also under control. In particular, in Lebanon, Syria and Djibouti.

According to sources, any facility where foreign military personnel have stopped, "regardless of geographical location," will be excluded from the list of targets "in case of immediate cessation of this practice."
