Moscow and Kiev are doing a lot of work on the preparation of the prisoner exchange. This was stated to journalists by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova.
"On the eve of Easter, a lot of work is being done today to prepare prisoner exchanges," she stated.
Moskalkova noted that before Easter, an agreement was also reached with the Ukrainian side "to do everything possible so that prisoners of war could also feel this holiday."
"Prisoners of war are Orthodox. And in Russia, and on Ukrainian prisoners of war will receive cakes and opportunities to meet with a priest," she said.
