The court is collecting millions from buyers of the property of the convicted "queen of marathons"

The Arbitration court of Moscow has recovered 60 million rubles from the buyer of the apartment of the convicted blogger Elena Blinovskaya in the residential complex "Donskoy Olympus" in the competitive mass of the "queen of marathons". This is reported by RIA Novosti.

Blinovskaya's financial manager Maria Oznobikhina challenged the contract under which Blinovskaya's parents sold an apartment with an area of more than 176 square meters to Gennady Pustovalov for 90 million rubles. Oznobikhina asked to return the apartment to the competitive mass of the blogger and restore the buyer's claim to Blinovskaya in the amount of 90 million rubles.

The court declared the apartment purchase and sale agreement of August 1, 2024 invalid and applied the consequences of invalidity in the form of recovery from Pustovalov in the bankruptcy estate of 60 million rubles.

In addition, the courts recovered from Anna Brazhnik, the wife of the Blinovsky family lawyer Artem Brazhnik, more than 3 million rubles for the Audi Q7 car bought from the "queen of marathons" family, which cost Blinovskaya herself 7 million rubles.

A representative of the financial manager of blogger Maria Oznobikhina at a court hearing suggested calling this car a "blue Audi" so as not to get confused in Blinovskaya's extensive fleet.

The financial manager challenged the sale of this car, believing that it took place between affiliated companies at an undervalued price and caused harm to the blogger's creditors. It is noted that the Blinovskys and the Brazhniki were friends, and Artem Brazhnik is the "architect" of the "Queen of marathons" business fragmentation scheme.

The court, at the request of Oznobikhina, declared the blue Audi purchase and sale agreement invalid and recovered a little more than 3 million rubles from Brazhnik in the bankruptcy estate.

At the same time, the court refused to recover 47 million rubles from the personal assistant of blogger Polina Vidovskaya, which were transferred to her from Blinovskaya's account. Oznobikhina asked to apply the consequences of the invalidity of transactions in the form of recovery from Vidovskaya of all the money received.

In court, Vidovskaya explained that she was officially registered to work for Blinovskaya as a personal assistant. Her duties included, among other things, paying for all possible family expenses on the instructions of the "queen of marathons" herself and her husband Alexei — paying for housing and communal services, swimming pools and clubs for children, including Arabic and Chinese, paying for a governess, as well as paying for the services of a person who once a month put an aquarium with jellyfish in order. At the same time, all these expenses passed through Blinovskaya's accounting department.

"Blinovskaya confirms that all the money that was transferred to Polina was spent on the needs of the family, there was no extra money Polina could not be, because all the money went through the accounting department," Blinovskaya's representative said in court.

As reported by EADaily, in March last year, the Savelovsky court of Moscow found Blinovskaya guilty of money laundering. Regarding the charges of tax evasion, she was released from liability for two episodes due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The court granted a civil lawsuit against the blogger for 587 million rubles.

In addition, Blinovskaya was fined 1 million rubles and banned from doing business for four years.

In November 2024, the Moscow Arbitration Court declared Blinovskaya bankrupt. The register of claims of Blinovskaya creditors includes claims of the Federal Tax Service (FTS) in the amount of about 1.2 billion rubles, VTB claims in the amount of about 270 million rubles, as well as other less significant claims of numerous creditors.
