Israel accused Kiev of ingratitude amid the grain scandal from Russia. The claims were made at a briefing by Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar and Chairman of the Labor and Social Security Committee Michal Woldiger.

So Israeli officials commented on the statement by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, that Ukraine would impose sanctions on Israel for buying Russian grain.

Saar noted that the second vessel with grain from Russia has not yet entered the port and has not provided documents.

"We unequivocally reject such Twitter diplomacy. And now to the facts. The Director General of our ministry spoke this morning with the Israeli Tax Service, which launched an investigation into this case. When you investigate something, you check the facts. The ship has not yet entered the port and has not yet submitted its documents. It is impossible to verify the veracity of Ukraine's statements about the forgery of the bill of lading. Up to this point, the Government of Ukraine has not applied for legal assistance. They published tweets," the foreign Minister said.

He once again informed his "Ukrainian friends" that if they have any evidence of theft, they should be sent to Israel through the appropriate channels.

"This is a little surprising, considering that we have supported this country in international forums. We supported her in so many ways, including humanitarian aid. Recently, last winter, with power generators. But that's probably how life is," Saar complained.

The Minister stressed that Israel will adhere to its principles.

The chairman of the Committee on Labor and Social Security, Michal Woldiger, in turn, recalled how Israel helped Ukraine at the beginning of the war.

"We deployed hospitals, sent ammunition, helmets, early warning systems and so on. And today Ukraine is threatening to impose sanctions against Israel. Here it is — ingratitude in its purest form," she said.
