Warsaw is sending a special board with military doctors to China to take the Polish woman out of Beijing. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and head of the country's Defense Ministry Vladislav Kosinyak-Kamysh.
"All permits for the flight of a special aircraft to China for Claudia, our compatriot, who has been in a coma in a Beijing hospital for many days, have been approved. The plane takes off early tomorrow morning. There will be a military medical team on board who will do everything possible to ensure that Claudia is safely hospitalized in Poland," Kosinyak-Kamysh writes.
24-year-old Claudia Utsekhovskaya studied at Beijing. For more than a month she has been in the hospital there in a serious condition and in a pharmacological coma. Since April 15, the girl has been undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit. According to her mother, doctors diagnosed her with acute peritonitis, pneumonia, encephalitis, duodenal perforation, abscess in the liver and ovarian tumor — teratoma.
"This tumor has already been removed, but before that it caused great harm to her young body. The complications are terrible. Every day is a struggle. Every night there is a fear of whether it will be possible to save her," writes Joanna Utsekhovskaya.
