The identity of the man is not disclosed.
The Ukrainian edition also published a video from the scene, which is circulating online.
In social networks they write that the girl was attacked by a migrant.
As EADaily reported, in the UK, a migrant from Sudan tried to cut off the head of a Belfast resident, UNIAN reported.
"In Great Britain, an irreplaceable specialist tried to cut off the head of an Aboriginal in Belfast right on the street," the agency said ironically. "A migrant from Sudan attacked a man and tried to cut his throat with a knife."
