The writer Lyudmila Ulitskaya, who left for Berlin (Germany) got rid of three apartments in Moscow. This is reported by the Shot telegram channel.

Two of them are located in the prestigious HBC "Soviet Writer" — a three-bedroom apartment, which is estimated at 30 million rubles, and another three-bedroom apartment for about 42 million rubles.

"Ulitskaya bought them in 1994 and 1999, respectively. The third, four—room apartment in 103 square meters, she acquired nearby - on Leningradsky Prospekt — in 2012. Housing is estimated at 46 million rubles," says the telegram channel.

At the moment in Russia, the writer has only Sole proprietors with bank accounts blocked since 2024.

As reported by EADaily, in October last year Ulitskaya was fined by the decision of the Savelovsky Court of Moscow under part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. This article is usually applied if a foreign agent fails to provide information about its activities to the authorized bodies.

The fine amounted to 40 thousand rubles.
