The famous house of Mikhail Zadornov was demolished in Latvia. This is reported by local media.

It is reported that after the death of the artist in 2017, the house went to his first wife Velta Zadornova. In April 2020, the housing was sold, and in October the new owners requested demolition permission from the Jurmala City Duma. The new owners did not want to be "associated with the Russian humorist."

At the same time, the work even had to be coordinated with the National Administration of Cultural Heritage of Latvia, because the site is located on the territory of a town-planning monument of state significance. But the authorities allowed to demolish everything that Zadornov was building. Now in this place is a modern mansion worth about 3 million euros.
