Roskomnadzor should stop the distribution on Russian digital platforms of a new album that escaped from Russian rapper Noize MC❶ (Ivan Alekseev❶). This was stated by State Duma deputy Amir Khamitov ("New People"), who prepared a corresponding appeal to the RCN.
In conversation with the portal Life.ru The parliamentarian recalled that the musician allows himself Russophobic statements, and also does not hesitate to declare that he finances the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"It turns out that Russian platforms help to earn traitors who send the proceeds to the enemies of our country, sponsoring their aggression? How is this possible?", — Khamitov wonders.
He stressed that he had asked Roskomnadzor to check the lyrics of Noize MC❶ tracks for signs of extremism and justification of terrorism.
"If such signs are found (which is quite likely, given the active anti—Russian activities of this character), then urgent measures should be taken to remove these materials from Russian digital platforms," the deputy concluded.
As EADaily reported, at the end of March, the Russian streaming service Yandex Music blocked a number of Noize MC❶ tracks. In particular, the tracks of the musician's latest album "Not All at Home", which was released on March 14 this year, are not available to Russian listeners. When you try to listen, a sign appears on the screen that says: "The track is unavailable at the request of Roskomnadzor."
In the RCN, the blocking was explained by the dissemination of unreliable socially significant information.
