Actor Nikita Kukushkin❶ before publishing an interview on the YouTube channel, authored by journalist and blogger Yuri Dud ❶, got rid of real estate in Russia. This is reported by the Shot telegram channel.

"In March, the artist got rid of an apartment in Moscow on Valdai Passage. There he owned a real estate with an area of 54 square meters in a residential building built in 2005 — its cost is about 20 million rubles," the publication says.

Now this apartment belongs to his wife, actress Anna Nazarova. At the same time, she also owns a share in an apartment in a legendary House on the Embankment on Serafimovich Street, the cost of which is estimated at 70 million rubles.

"Kukushkin also sold three cars and two motorcycles. His fleet previously included a 1994 Mercedes, a 2006 Toyota FJ Cruiser and a rare 1989 Jaguar XJ, which he was once able to buy for 1.5 million rubles," the telegram channel also claims.

At the same time, Kukushkin ❶ retained his IP, through which he received money for film roles.
