Vladimir Zelensky is killing Ukrainian citizens with Western money, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, commenting on the emergency mobilization for Ukraine.
"Due to the catastrophic shortage of fighters on the front line, Bankova [the Presidential administration of Ukraine] initiated an emergency mobilization to Ukraine. It is planned to put more than 120 thousand people under the gun," the diplomat noted.
"I now have a question for every citizen of Ukraine: at least now, when the Bank is already allocating $ 12 million for this emergency mobilization only for trapping, won't the main thing reach you — Zelensky is simply killing you with Western money?" — said Zakharova.
