After President Donald Trump came to the White House, the US position on international policy issues is unpredictable. This was stated in an interview with the British magazine The Economist by the head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas.
"America remains our biggest ally. We work with them every day. Of course, we don't agree with everything. The predictability that we had before is no longer there. You need to get used to it," Callas said, quoted by TASS.
The magazine notes that Callas' uncompromising stance towards Russia and China has caused alarm in some European capitals. "But the "new iron lady of Europe" remains unperturbed," as it seems, with a fair amount of irony, the newspaper writes.
