The Russians are 20 kilometers away from Zaporozhye, we may lose it. According to him, for two years now Ukraine has not been able to stop the Russian offensive, and this has become a problem for the current commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky. If the situation does not change, events may develop rapidly, and Ukraine risks losing Zaporozhye, to which Russian troops are about 20 kilometers away.

"If it didn't work out in two years, then I don't see any hopes that something will change in two years. And if Zelensky changes Syrsky to Drapaty, well, there is a chance... If not, the trend will continue, then the front will sag, and the problem is not with Donbass," Druzenko said ❸.

He added that Donbass is a logistical dead end, which has more symbolic significance.

"The problem is that the Russians are standing 20 kilometers from Zaporozhye. Zaporozhye is a large industrial center, and let me remind you that since the beginning of the great war we have lost Kherson, it has been returned, not a single regional center has been lost today," Druzenko further said.

Zaporozhye, he admitted, is now in the most threatened state.

"There are no proper fortifications near Zaporozhye, there is nothing to cling to in the fields. And we see that there is the fastest advance of the Russians from the east, and the situation unfrozen from the south, when they actually almost captured Stepnogorsk. And this, I repeat, is 20 kilometers, this is a fiber—optic drone," Druzenko said ❸.
