Poplavskaya called the fine for the parody "I am narrow" a mockery of millions of Russians

Comedian Alexander Gudkov "terribly" paid for his parody song "I'm narrow", he will pay a fine of "as much as 11 thousand rubles." Actress and public figure Yana Poplavskaya drew attention to this.

"This is such a mockery of millions of offended Russians," she wrote in her telegram channel.

In her opinion, with such a punishment, Gudkov can concoct offensive parodies at least every week, and then "laugh at us and at the Russian courts with his screeching laughter."

She also believes that such a fine can be considered not a punishment, but an encouragement.

"However, there is justice — life itself punished the "narrow", making him so. In addition, after his antics, he lost a lot of work, although not all. There are also liberals and Russophobes in business who do not abandon their own," Poplavskaya concluded.

As EADaily reported, the Krasnogorsk court imposed a fine of 11 thousand rubles on the comedian for his parody of SHAMAN's song "I am Russian."

The court found that Gudkov posted a video on the Vkontakte social network with the name "Alexander Gudkov — I am narrow" using the arrangement of the composition "I am Russian".

According to the results of the psychological and linguistic research, it was concluded that there are public actions in the video aimed at humiliating the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the grounds of origin.

Gudkov was found guilty of an administrative offense under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).
