Singer Masha Rasputina appealed to the head of the Supreme Court of Russia amid the risk of eviction from the mansion in Moscow region. She published the appeal on her page on the social network.

According to Rasputina, she refers to the chapter The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, because "there is nowhere else."

The singer said that she has been living with her husband Viktor Zakharov since 1998, the couple registered their marriage in 2025. The family, together with the disabled daughter of group II, lives in a mansion in the cottage village of Tagankovo, 25 km from the Moscow Ring Road in the Rublevo-Uspensk direction.

At the same time, Zakharov's ex-wife managed to get a court decision on the division of property in December 2023, and he was ordered to pay his ex-wife 70 million rubles. In June last year, Zakharov was declared bankrupt.

"The issue of recognizing our only house as "luxurious" is now being considered," Rasputina notes.

If this decision is made, the singer and her husband will have to sell the house, pay money to Zakharov's ex-wife, and buy other housing for themselves.

"I never thought that me and my family could just be evicted. But this is my only place to live! Is the only accommodation now a luxury? Is this how the system should work? Judgment is the destiny of God himself! Therefore, everything should be decided in court according to conscience and justice," Rasputina concluded.

Recall, a detailed description of Rasputin's estate on Rublevka was presented several years ago by the portal tvcenter.ru .

The four-storey building in the conventional "noble style" is located on a plot that is hidden behind a high fence. The estate also has a garage for two cars and a guest house.

"If the outside of the house impresses with its scale and classic shapes, then inside it literally dazzles with an abundance of details and emphasized, almost demonstrative luxury. The interior here is completely far from the minimalistic trends that are fashionable today," the publication said.

In February 2022, the singer herself in the NTV program "The Stars came together" said that it was inconvenient to live in such luxury as in a museum.

"I love white gold. I love luxury, I don't know how to get rid of it. So immodest. But I want to throw myself on a soft sofa, and there is a handmade wooden carving with a gold coating. In general, just watch. It's inconvenient to live!", — said Rasputin.
