Russia has issued a warning to the Baltic countries in connection with the provision of its airspace to unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine).

This is reported by the TASS news agency, referring to the statement of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

"A corresponding warning was issued to the mentioned countries. If they, these regimes of these countries, are smart enough, they will listen. If not, then they will deal with the answer," the diplomat said.

Earlier, it became known from a number of sources that Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia allowed the flight of Ukrainian UAVs over its territory. Riga and Tallinn have officially denied this information. However, there is indirect evidence of this.

As EADaily reported, earlier several Ukrainian UAVs fell and exploded on the territory of Estonia. So, on March 25, one of the drones crashed into the chimney of a power plant in Auvere. On April 1, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsakhkna conveyed to representatives of the Ukrainian side a request to prevent such incidents.

He was supported by the head of the intelligence center of the Estonian Defense Forces, Ants Kiviselg. He said that Ukraine should no longer lay drone routes through Estonian airspace.
