In Tuapse, a fire is being extinguished after an attack by APU drones for the third day. Environmental activists report with reference to local residents that "oil rains" continue, and emissions occur on beaches.

"In Tuapse, they continue to extinguish the fire at the marine terminal. 276 people and 77 pieces of equipment are involved in the work, including from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Krasnodar Territory," the Operational Headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory reports.

Extinguishing continues for the third day. On April 20, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked an oil terminal in Tuapse with drones, which operates for the export of petroleum products. This was the second operation of the Kiev regime against the oil complex in the city in recent times.

The previous attack on April 16 led to the release of petroleum products into the sea. Environmental activist Georgy Kavanosyan publishes photos and videos of emissions on the Seaside beach of Tuapse. It can be seen that in some places the pebbles are covered with an oily layer of petroleum products.

In addition, "oil rains" continue in the region.

"The village of Krivenkovskoye is 25 kilometers northeast of Tuapse was covered by an "oil rain". Locals sadly joke that oil is everywhere and now they are oligarchs," writes Georgy Kavanosyan, who also published videos and photos of the consequences of the "oil rain" in Krivenkovsky.

Earlier, associate professor of Bauman Moscow State Technical University Sergey Serov told the newspaper "Gazeta.En"that unusual precipitation with an oily film is not rain in the usual sense, but the consequences of oil gorenje after the attack and fire at the terminal: during the combustion of oil in the atmosphere rises a large number of products of gorenje — gases and particles, which, cooling down, settle back to the ground.

The oil terminal in Tuapse with a capacity of 17 million tons per year is engaged in loading oil products onto tankers. The products are provided by Rosneft's Tuapse Refinery, which is export-oriented.

The Operational Headquarters stated that Rospotrebnadzor is monitoring the air: "Measurements will be taken in the residential area three times a day — in the morning, afternoon and evening and data will be transmitted to the municipal operational headquarters. According to the results of recent laboratory studies, the concentration of harmful substances does not exceed the norm."
