"A missile danger regime has been declared in UGRA!!" — the head of the region Ruslan Kukharuk wrote in his telegram channel at 2.44 local time.

He noted that "responsible services and departments have been put on high alert and are taking all necessary measures to ensure security."

"I ask you to remain calm," Kuharuk urged.

Forty minutes later, he announced the cancellation of the missile danger, but did not report anything about the consequences of the attack. At the same time, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug is located 2 thousand km from the border with Ukraine.

As EADaily reported, this night Ukraine hit one of the largest refineries in Russia, Kirishinefteorgsintez (KINEF) in the Leningrad region and the VNIIR-Progress military plant in Cheboksary, which produces protection for Russian drones.

Including in Kurgan, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg regions, Bashkortostan, Mordovia, Tatarstan, Udmurtia, etc. Against this background, flight restrictions were introduced at the airports of Volgograd, Izhevsk, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Orsk, Penza, Perm, Pskov, Samara, Saratov, Tambov, Ulyanovsk, Ufa, Cheboksary, Cherepovets, Yaroslavl and St. Petersburg.
