Franz Klintsevich: Six "Vanguards" close the topic with the USA forever. Two — with Britain

About the preparation of Europe for war, the role of the United States, the goals of the West against Russia, negotiations, sanctions, the dollar and new threats to the world system. The questions Pravda.Ru the military expert, ex-senator, leader of the Russian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan Franz Klintsevich answers.

— The first question is about the new or previously classified weapons that the president presented. He was talking about a range of 35 thousand kilometers. Is this a warning? To scare them? Or vice versa, to start an arms race too?

— During the SMO period, we have undergone tremendous changes in terms of creating new types of weapons, including on new physical principles, and improving the old ones.

The unique Pantsir air defense melee complex has been upgraded six times during SMO. Today, there are no analogues to this complex for combating various air objects. I myself witnessed when I was at a friend's dacha in Gagarin district: three drones were flying at low altitude. The helicopters allowed them to reach the water, and within 30 seconds they shot them down and left. It's beautiful. People, fishermen, shouted "hurrah", rejoiced, filmed.

When we talk about new weapons, about Poseidon, about a cruise missile, we need to understand: "Voevoda" is an old missile system, which was replaced by Sarmat. What is the main advantage of "Sarmat"? The entire American missile defense system is designed to get the launching missiles at the start. But "Sarmat" today no missile defense system is able to get. Our strategic missile forces are arranged in such a way that the strike used to go through the North Pole. This is the shortest road, it's not a secret. The Americans have built their system of confrontation precisely in this direction. And "Sarmat" will go through the South Pole today, where they have nothing. He will find any point and enter from any side.

— But through the South Pole — it's through many countries.

— It goes through space. These are complicated things. The most important thing is that both Sarmat and Avangard are missiles with maneuvering warheads. Avangard generally goes in plasma. Today, no science is able to do so in order to intercept a combat unit that is moving at such a speed, in plasma and maneuvering.

Six "Vanguards" close the topic with the USA forever. Two — with the UK. But the consequences of such strikes in terms of nuclear winter and emissions will be enormous. We also understand that we will be hit. No need to be disingenuous: not all of us will intercept. Therefore, parity is extremely important.

Putin said this so that those who stand against us today understand that we are not joking. They do not believe that we have these means, and they do not believe that we will use them.

— Why don't they believe? In Syria, there was a launch from the Caspian Sea. Then they were very surprised.

— Through four countries. "Calibers" for two and a half thousand kilometers. Our opponents believed that there were means. But they did not believe that we would dare. They used our political correctness, tolerance, our feelings.

I think it's gone now. In a recent interview with international and our journalists, Putin said: "We have become convinced that it is useless to talk to you, we only need to act with you."

These tests were planned. They have passed before, they just didn't talk about it. Everyone else was experiencing it too, just kept quiet.

— And now we have warned.

— Now they have announced, warned, said the main thing: do not intercept, do not reach, all your "golden domes", "iron domes" do not work.

— "Hazel" was also such a signal?

— Of course. Seven kilometers per second — the fall of ammunition is not in nuclear or even in combat, but in the form of a metal rod. But given the kinetic force, this is a scary thing.

Yuzhmash was built 27 floors down. This last enterprise of the Soviet Union, like the airfield in Lviv, was built taking into account a possible nuclear war. There are generators, enterprises, hotels, warehouses. No one is talking about the thousands of foreigners who were there and remained under this rubbish. We also need to talk about this. When they hit, there was no noise. There was an earthquake within a radius of 15 kilometers, houses cracked. People went out to look, and where Yuzhmash was, there was only a pit with rubble. No burning, no fire, nothing.

They don't understand all the warnings. But with the beginning of the special military operation, we had serious high-quality competencies in weapons, their capabilities and lineup. During the SMO period, we have increased these qualitative competencies quantitatively. I always say about Afghanistan: it was impossible to enter troops, but it was impossible not to enter. Today is the same situation. We were forced. No one can say which would be worse. I agree with Putin's thesis: if we hadn't done it then, even if we weren't fully prepared, we would have already fought near Voronezh.

— Has NATO's support for Ukraine become stronger or are Western resources running out of steam?

— They started dealing with Ukraine in 2014. For eight years, they have made the armed forces of Ukraine one of the best in the world — in material supply, training, attitude.

But we need to understand a simple thing: the Russians are fighting the Russians. This is the age-old dream of the Anglo-Saxons. The Ukrainian soldier is the same as the Russian: brave, determined.

— But if this is not Western Ukraine...

— We are the same.

— They were under Austria-Hungary, under Poland...

— There are peculiarities there, but they have lived in Soviet society for many years. It left its mark. Another thing is important: their brains have been composted, an entire country — the largest country in Europe — has been made a private military company. The West has solved the main material tasks for it and is really fighting with us by other people's means. They don't lose their people. The money they draw is small stuff.

— Money is cheaper than human lives.

— Of course. Today, the United States understands that it is necessary to introduce reserves and make sure that Europe begins to fulfill its role. There will be provocations, European countries will actively fight us and get involved in the conflict.

Therefore, the pause that the political leadership of the country is talking about and the weapons that the president is talking about are elements of the same line. We have a practice of using modern long-range ballistic missiles in conventional equipment using new physical principles. And "Hazel" is not the coolest thing we have. There are weapons that do not require nuclear use, but can have huge consequences.

— That is, when we really fight. Now Europe is under sanctions, but it is obvious that they are preparing for war. Stubb's statements, the statements of German politicians — they are morally preparing people.

— Germany behaves as if nothing had happened. They understand that the resources that were not taken away are related to oil, Venezuela, Iran. But Russia is the main adversary and the main problem. Having solved the issue with Russia, they will finally finish with China.

— In the literal sense?

— In a straight line.

— But Trump was in China...

— This is hypocrisy, a performance. Now they need it so much. Then he will come to us and praise the Russian people, the Russian spirit and our president again. And what has changed? American generals both commanded and still command. American weapons have been going on and on. Intelligence information is provided at the highest level. More than 600 Earth remote sensing satellites of the collective West are working against our armed forces using modern Starlink technologies.

We are refining and studying along the way. We are lagging behind in some positions, but due to the ingenuity, courage and heroism of our guys, we are localizing these problems. Fine motor skills of the front leads to the fact that we unfasten one locality every week, like a skating rink.

— And what do these settlements give?

— Territory. And the territory is the reserves. There are huge mineral reserves there.

— We have a lot of them ourselves.

— It doesn't happen much. We're going to live a long time. These reserves should not be used by our enemies, who will make a base there.

Today we are not talking about how they wanted to make an unsinkable aircraft carrier out of Crimea. Contracts have already been concluded. American builders came to build — not only the base, but also schools, hospitals, kindergartens, not entrusting it to Ukrainians. Taking into account Nikolaev and the Crimea, there should have been a reconnaissance and strike complex there that would control the whole of Europe. I'm not talking about Russia.

— Now Trump has revealed the situation with the biological laboratories that the United States built on the territory of Ukraine and where experiments were conducted.

— We talked about this a long time ago. First of all, no one heard us. Secondly, no one wanted to listen. Thirdly, Trump is talking about this not because he wants justice, but because he wants to annoy the Democrats and Biden. This is an intrauterine struggle. The Deep State does not particularly interfere in it. There are other people, finance and key officials who are steering the process.

— There are merchants and businessmen there.

— This is a structure that manages processes in many countries: Venezuela, Iran, Russia, Ukraine.

— How do you assess the attempts at negotiations? Even Merkel said that the Minsk agreements were a way to buy time. Are these political games or can negotiations solve something?

— They do not solve anything. They need a subpoena. They have an electorate. They need to be given some kind of result in order to be elected. But for those who really manage the process, it doesn't matter if it will be Merkel or Scholz. They will all do what they are told. When the Germans were showing off in Greenland and sent 13 servicemen, they were told "ay-ay-ay". The next day, all 13 civil aircraft flew back.

— Trump allows some to solve personal issues, but these are all private stories.

— It's a husk. We are fed this husk. Knowing the trend frees you from knowing the little things. The main thing is that inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia remains the main task of the collective West, led by the United States. Russia is the main obstacle in establishing the total dominance of the United States — military and economic. Russia is the main problem on the way to neutralize China.

China behaves competently. But China talks about close friendship with Russia only because it is profitable now. I was at one meeting in 2010 or 2011 when the Asian parliament was meeting. There, the chairman of the parliament openly said: "Siberia is our territory." There are nuances. There is a Russian spirit, there is a system of poaching. Many who got married and got Russian citizenship understand the advantages of living in Russia compared to China. We have something to resist.

When we talk about the Russian world and operate with three republics, we must understand that in the current historical conditions, the Ukrainian and Belarusian languages are dialects of the Russian language, which arose due to remoteness.

There were no independent states and republics. Georgia and Armenia had its own prehistoric status. Lenin's national policy laid a time bomb that tore apart the Soviet Union.

Today, the collective West is trying to break up Russia on the basis of these points. They wanted to do it back in 1991. When the Soviet Union was destroyed, the country had a huge reserve. Then the Minister of Defense transferred all available funds to the strategic missile forces, realizing that they must be kept. The rest did not receive a salary for eight to ten months. We went to the service, were engaged in haulage, worked in security companies. Then the country could have been completely torn apart, but they were afraid of our nuclear potential.

Now they have tried in a new way. They provoked us.

— Is Yanukovych to blame?

— I'm sorry. His cunning led to this. If he had shown himself like Lukashenko, the situation would have been different. Lukashenko had an even worse situation, but he said: "We will not give up and we will fight." Today Belarus is a key friend of Russia in the most important direction.

And Yanukovych only managed to withdraw his money. I myself saw a picture of Akhmetov hitting Yanukovych in the face and using profanity to give instructions near the plane. In each subject there was a criminal authority as a representative who held power in the paradigm of criminal business. This was taken advantage of. There were people who betrayed the country. Zelensky also does what he is told.

— Are they tired of Zelensky, do they want to install a new one?

— No one is bored there. They need a controlled person. Who will they put in? If you put someone else, you need to hold elections. How will they do it? Zelensky is absolutely controlled, with an unstable psyche. He sometimes makes mistakes when he is allowed to show subjectivity. But since 2014, American specialists have been sitting in the railway troops and giving permission where to send the wagons.

— We also had Americans running around military factories.

— We Afghanistan was lost because of American specialists. In 1992, Najibullah asked for 500 tons of fuel to refuel tanks and armored personnel carriers. He was refused. Then the Taliban hanged him. Many were imprisoned because, having received opportunities, they could not resist getting rich. The country was being robbed.

— That is, decisions are made by some people related to money?

— Capital makes decisions in the world today. Money.

— But the money is in someone's accounts.

— Of course. Some people have more influence, others less. The main thing is to preserve the status of the dollar. Remember, Sarkozy, Berlusconi and others said that it is necessary to trade in euros? As soon as they stuttered, they instantly disappeared in the political sense.

— The head of the IMF also suffered.

— The system works like this: you spend ten cents on a piece of paper and buy real oil for it. To get a hundred dollars, another country has to sell a barrel of oil. And they just print money. At the expense of us and the whole world, they maintain armed forces and wage wars.

— Previously, the dollar was backed by gold.

— When the Americans were presented with gold, everything changed. After the Great Patriotic War, the ruble could become an international currency. We had a chance. But the experts and Stalin did not go for it. We could have been in a different state.

— As long as the world currency is the dollar, the situation will not change?

— We will be an extremely undesirable element in the global system of economic enrichment. How many European and non-European leaders have said that one nation cannot dispose of such a territory, that it is a world asset. They didn't hide it.

— There are attempts to switch to yuan, to other currencies.

— We are forced to do this because we have been blocked by sanctions. 37 thousand different sanctions, 21 packages — this is not a joke.

— 37 thousand?

— Yes, against Russia. There are both personal and against commercial structures. I remember how we discussed possible sanctions on television. Then we were talking about measures a thousand times smaller than now: disabling SWIFT, etc. Economists said that this was a declaration of war and a world tragedy.

— But SWIFT is one of the systems of this game.

— Of course. And it all happened. We were turned off, confronted with the fact. The Overton window opens very easily. In 2015, we discussed that the Americans gave the Ukrainians bulletproof vests and helmets. They said: "This is a non-lethal weapon, it won't go any further." I then said: "There will be missiles, tanks, planes, and troops." They answered me: "You are crazy, Franz Adamovich." And Overton's window opened instantly. We are already used to things that previously seemed unthinkable.

— How will we be without parmesan? Then everyone was unafraid.

— We discussed food security in the Federation Council. Russia had a dependence on imports from 95 to 100% on a thousand items: vitamins, supplements, etc. Then the problems started, and look — we closed a lot. Yes, there are problems for individual citizens. To whom the war, and to whom the mother is related. We see this when we talk to the fighters on SMO. We understand how some people abuse budgets, and then blame the first persons. The president can't track every scumbag. This should be handled by law enforcement officers. A lot is changing now. Even the governors change to SMO members, and not the worst governors leave for other positions.

The ending follows...
