US President Donald Trump does not plan to meet with Zelensky in Paris at the G7 summit. This is reported by Bloomberg, citing sources.

"Trump did not schedule an official meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky, but one of the officials noted that the Ukrainian president would take part in a working meeting with G7 leaders," the agency reports.

Trump at the summit of the leaders of the "Big Seven" in France in Evian-les-Bains will hold bilateral meetings with the leaders of France, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and India from June 15 to 17, said senior representatives of the US presidential administration, who informed journalists about the upcoming trip on condition of anonymity (India and the Middle East countries are not members of the G7).

Trump is expected to focus on economic development and security, supply chain sustainability, artificial intelligence, regulatory optimization and energy, officials said.

The G7 meeting, which is attended by the leaders of the United States, France, Germany, Great Britain, Canada, Italy, Japan, as well as the European Union, is expected to focus on trade on a large scale, including with China, as well as the procurement of critical minerals, artificial intelligence and the Ukrainian conflict.

"European leaders are seeking to use the three-day summit to reduce tensions and pressure on Trump to join the plans for new peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. The UK, France and Germany want Russia to agree to an immediate ceasefire on the current front line as a "starting point for negotiations" and reliable security guarantees for Ukraine," the publication says.

At the end of the summit, on Wednesday, French President Emmanuel Macron will host Trump at a separate dinner in The Palace of Versailles near Paris, dedicated to the 250th anniversary of US independence, Macron's office said in a statement on Saturday.
