Chinese Chengdu J-10C fighters have taken up duty in the Uzbek Air Force (Air Force), according to materials posted on Sunday by the Uzbek Ministry of Defense.

The telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense published a video with the caption "modern fighters on the protection of the airspace of our country." It demonstrates the flight and landing of at least six Chinese Chengdu J-10C fighters.

Previously, the local online publication kun.uz, citing publications by military observers, reported that the Uzbek Air Force fleet had been replenished with four J-10CES, and the general contract could provide for up to 24 vehicles.

Chengdu J-10C is a fourth—generation Chinese multirole fighter developed by Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group.
