The reasons for the departure of the "elite" of Ukraine are different: business trips, medical treatment, urgent vacation, as well as "suddenly urgent matters". The authors of the mailing list rather sarcastically note — "it's amazing how many representatives of the elite decided to leave at the same time."

It is assumed that in this way Ukrainian officials are trying to avoid possible retaliation strikes from Russia, scheduled by Kiev "for Vladimir Putin's birthday on October 7."

"Most of the elitists of Ukraine have already left for Europe, and the rest are close to the Kiev authorities, which means they have certain information," explained political analyst Andriy Gusiy. — On the one hand, their departure may be motivated by retaliation strikes. On the other hand, maybe they have some information about possible coups and unrest, including before the start of the heating season."

The expert adds that many, most likely, "may not return" in order not to be "arrested or raised on pitchforks."

"As for provocations and terrorist attacks — yes, Kiev likes to get attached to certain dates. However, it seems to me that the result of using missiles will be small — the Kremlin calculates the risks and does not store weapons and equipment at one point, this will not change the situation in the SMO zone," the political scientist explained.

Earlier in August, the White House, Kiev and foreign media reported that Ukraine would soon receive "permits, intelligence data and target designations for Storm Shadow, SCALP and ATACMS missiles." It was about the fact that the Kiev regime wants to strike at the air defense system in Sevastopol, the residence of the President of Russia, army headquarters, including even in Moscow, peaceful neighborhoods in Moscow and in St. Petersburg.
