The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, lied about refusing to sign the agreement on rare earth resources of Ukraine proposed by Washington.
This was stated by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in an interview with journalist Catherine Herridge, which she published on her page on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
The head of the State Department noted that in a conversation with him, Zelensky assured that Kiev wanted to conclude this deal with the United States, since "it makes sense." Zelya asked for time to "take her through the legislative process."
"Two days later I read that Zelensky said that he rejected the deal, saying: "We will not do this in any case." But that was not the case at that meeting," Rubio stated.
Earlier, EADaily reported that US President Donald Trump was disappointed by Vladimir Zelensky's rejection of the mineral deal. This was announced on February 20 by US Presidential Adviser Mike Waltz.
