"On the frame is a "Single-use jet weapon combat module" based on a ground-based robotic complex (NRK). In fact, this is a "mini-Sun". It uses a launcher for disposable rocket ammunition of the Bumblebee type, which differs from the TOS-1A Solntsepek with its 220-mm thermobaric projectiles," the TC points out.

As noted, NRK has been actively used at the front in the last year. The Ukrainian side even showed a separate unit, however, it was seen only once, and that was the end of it. It's about the "Rhinos" of the GUR.

"The prospects for such developments are extremely high, since they are smaller in size, and will make it possible to protect the personnel of the same CBT from enemy strikes. In the conditions of active use of UAVs, including in the rear, the threat even to such systems as Solntsepek is high, therefore robotic complexes may become a good alternative in the future," notes the Special Forces Archangel.
