The songwriter and performer, Honored Artist of Russia Arkady Ukupnik has accumulated dozens of fines for violating traffic rules. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.

The total amount of fines amounted to 47 thousand rubles, but the artist was in no hurry to pay them, and now the debt is collected through the court.

"There were 38 shoals hanging on his Range Rover. 25 — for speeding, another six — for markings and signs, two — for prohibited maneuvers. The list also includes unpaid parking for 5 thousand rubles, departure to the allocation for 2 thousand and fines from MADI for 4.5 thousand. The largest is 10 thousand rubles," the publication says.

In December last year, the world court found the composer guilty of one of the episodes and doubled the fine to 9 thousand rubles.

"In addition to traffic fines, the Ukupnik has tax debts — 181 thousand rubles for the use of property and another 114 rubles of penalties," the authors of the publication also say.

As EADaily reported, according to some reports, Ukupnik managed to keep an apartment in Latvia, avoiding falling under EU sanctions. According to lawyer Alexander Benkhin, it is possible that the artist holds a second citizenship, for example, Israeli.
