According to the source, this is one of the parts of Tehran's new plan to control shipping in the strait.
On Thursday, NDTV reported that at least two Indian tankers — Pushpak and Parimal — safely passed through the strait despite the fact that ships from the United States, Europe and Israel continue to face restrictions.
Due to the US-Israeli operation against Iran, shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, a key supply route to the world energy market from the Persian Gulf countries, has practically stopped.
