A schoolgirl from St. Petersburg, which is accused of publicly justifying terrorism, has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention. This is reported by the joint press service of the city courts in the telegram channel.
"This is a girl who hung a photo of terrorists on a school stand," the report says.
She is arrested until February 26, 2025.
According to RIA Novosti, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Public justification or propaganda of terrorism). A source of the publication in law enforcement agencies clarified that photos of two participants of the RDC❶ appeared at an information stand in one of the schools in the Kirovsky district of the city.
"A 16-year—old student was detained, she said that on her own initiative she decided to hang portraits," the source said.
