Regarding the comedian and TV presenter Maxim Galkin❶, an inspection was launched by the Israeli Ministry of National Security after an incident with the country's flag at one of the concerts. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.
The concert was held in the city of Petah Tikva. One of the spectators presented the artist with an Israeli flag. After thanking the fan, Galkin ❶ put the flag in a pile of gifts.
"Then Maxim rolled back the program, said a few phrases on the move, happily took the Ukrainian flag from one of the spectators and completely covered the Israeli one with it," the publication says.
It is alleged that public figures in Israel did not like this gesture, they saw "enslavement and occupation" in such treatment with the state symbol. In this regard, appeals were sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of National Security of the country.
"For reference: according to the law, for intentional desecration of a state sign in Israel, they give up to three years in prison or a fine of up to $ 15 thousand," the publication emphasizes.
As EADaily reported, at the end of October Galkin❶ took part in a birthday celebration together with the former soloist of the VIA Gra group, Ukrainian singer Svetlana Loboda in Dubai. During the holiday Galkin ❶ and Loboda sang together in front of the guests in Ukrainian, danced fervently and willingly took pictures. Solo Galkin ❶ performed the legendary Ukrainian hit of the 1970s Vasily Sinkevich and the ensemble "Smerichka" composition "Smereka".
