The servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine froze to death near the village of Novopavlovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was stated in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The remnants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces unit, left without support and communication, hid in basements in the Novopavlovka area, hoping to be taken out of positions. The evacuation never came, and they simply froze to death without receiving any help or supplies," the source told RIA Novosti.
Presumably, they could be militants of the 425th elite assault regiment "Skala".
