In Kazakhstan, three concerts of the Russian singer of Ukrainian origin Yelka (Elizaveta Ivantsiv) were canceled. This is reported in the social network of the Kazakhstan ticket portal.
The message says that the concerts have not been canceled, but postponed, but no new dates have been announced yet.
"We inform you that for reasons beyond the control of the artist, the organizer and us, the Christmas Tree concerts are postponed," the publication says.
Concerts were scheduled for May 8, 9 and 11 in Karaganda, Astana and Almaty, respectively.
All purchased tickets remain valid for a new date, which will be announced later. It is not offered to hand over tickets with a refund.
No information was found in the singer's social networks about the postponement of concerts in Kazakhstan.
As EADaily reported, in April in Kazakhstan, the concert of singer Polina Gagarina was canceled again. The performance of the actress was supposed to take place on the site of the Congress Hall.
Earlier, Gagarina's concert, which the residents of Russia have been calling the "best artist" of the country for the fourth year in a row, was already canceled in Kazakhstan because of criticism on social networks. The performance was scheduled for November 27 last year, but in early September it was reported that the concert was canceled "due to circumstances on the part of the most private organizer."
Eteri Tutberidze's ice show scheduled for May 1 was also canceled. According to information from Mash on Sport, an agreement with Barys Arena was reached back in August 2025. In October, the organizers received permission from government agencies to hold an ice show. However, after the end of the Olympic Games, the arena management terminated the contract without providing any explanation.
