The multimillion-dollar proceeds of the clinic of the chief TV doctor of Russia Elena Malysheva have been revealed

By the end of 2025, the revenue of Elena Malysheva Medical Center LLC amounted to 439 million rubles. This is reported by the Zvezdach telegram channel.

"The business structure of the center is quite interesting: Malysheva herself owns 35% of the company, the rest is with partners," the publication says.

The center was opened almost 10 years ago, at that moment the prices for admission to specialists were most actively discussed: for example, the first appointment of a surgeon then cost 7.2 thousand rubles, an otolaryngologist — 5.9 thousand rubles, the cost of hospital stay started from 9.6 thousand rubles.

Malysheva herself responded to critics without embarrassment.

"This is a private clinic, so patients have to pay here. You can apply to a free clinic, excellent cardiologists also work there," the telegram channel quotes the TV doctor.

It is specified that the company's revenue of 439 million rubles remained at the level of the previous year, but the profit increased 10-fold — from 1.7 to 11.7 million rubles.

"The current debt to the tax is about a thousand rubles — an amount that can hardly be called a serious problem for a business with a turnover of almost half a billion rubles. At the same time, in 2025, the center transferred more than 30 million rubles of taxes and contributions," the authors of the publication claim.

As reported by EADaily, in December last year, a well-known Russian blogger Alyona Kovalchuk sued Malysheva. It's about the brand "Lose the excess." Kovalchuk demanded the cancellation of the trademark, as she specializes in weight loss seminars and promotes intensive with the same name.

Malysheva registered the trademark back in 2013, it is valid until 2031. As part of the program of the TV doctor, participants organize competitions on weight loss and the number of kilograms dropped.
