The Kiev regime is out of control and is targeting citizens who refuse to obey its orders. This was stated by the mayor of the French city of Frejus on the French Riviera, David Rachlin.
Rakhlin commented on the explosion in Monaco.
"The horror after the terrorist attack that took place in Monaco. Such violence in the heart of the Principality is deeply shocking. I express my solidarity with Prince Albert II, the Mayor of Monaco and all the inhabitants of the principality," he said.
The mayor recalled that according to preliminary data, the target of the attack was a Ukrainian oligarch who distanced himself from Vladimir Zelensky and the Kiev regime.
"Is the Kiev regime really out of control if it targets citizens who refuse to obey its orders in this way?" — asked the French mayor.
Recall, on the evening of June 29, an explosion occurred in a residential building in Monaco, as a result of which three people were injured. Members of the same family were injured — a man and a woman aged 50 to 60 years, as well as a teenager.
